About Us
Bénédict-Akademie Koblenz GmbH is an autonomous member of the International Bénédict Group, founded in 1928.
Founded in 1983, the academy began as a foreign language institute for professionals and has been continuously
developing ever since.
Bénédict-Akademie Koblenz GmbH is an approved provider authorized by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) to conduct integration courses and job-related German language courses in accordance with the Immigration Act and the “Ordinance on Job-Related German Language Promotion.
In addition, the academy is an accredited training provider under German employment promotion law and meets the requirements of the “Accreditation and Licensing Regulation for Employment Promotion (AZAV)”. The academy is certified by CERTQUA.
Bénédict-Akademie Koblenz GmbH is also a licensed examination center for telc GmbH and g.a.s.t. (Society for Academic Study Preparation and Test Development e.V.), “The European Language Certificates”. The academy is also a cooperation partner of the German Institute for Adult Education – Leibniz Centre for Lifelong Learning.
On average, around 30 examinations are conducted each year.
The exams offered include the German Test (DTB) for levels A2, B1, B2, and C1, the German Test for Immigrants (DTZ A2–B1), and the Test „Leben in Deutschland “.
The academy offers integration courses up to language level B1 (general integration courses, youth integration courses, literacy courses, and second-script learner courses) as well as job-related language courses up to language level C1 (B2 basic course, C1 basic course, A2 special course, and B1 special course).
