Specialized Instruction
Our specialized instruction combines language training with job-related content.
Participants not only acquire German language skills, but also learn the specialized vocabulary and typical processes of their respective professional field.
The course content is practice-oriented and based on real workplace requirements.
This approach supports both professional integration and the individual development opportunities of the participants.
The aim of attending the course is to acquire linguistic and communicative skills required for employment in a daycare center (Kita) or for participation in vocational education and training in the field of early childhood education, enabling participants to act professionally and successfully in their work environment.
Participants
Participants in the pilot job-related language course for subject-specific instruction in the field of early childhood education are adult individuals with German as a second language who:

have German language skills at least at level B1, and
-
aim to take up a position as an early childhood education professional or assistant in a daycare center (Kita) that matches their qualifications, professional experience, or career interests, or
-
are preparing for employment or vocational training in the field of early childhood education and want to improve or specialize their German language skills, or are already participating in a labor market measure, professional qualification, or (non-school-based) vocational training in this field and/or are in the process of recognition of their qualifications, and need language support to successfully complete their training and/or obtain recognition, or
-
are already employed in a daycare center (Kita) and require language support to secure their job or improve their working conditions (as an in-service course alongside employment).
The language support can be supplemented through programs of the vocational German language support offered by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees.

Our program in the field of nursing and healthcare is aimed at people who are already working in the healthcare and nursing sector or who plan to pursue a career in this field.
The focus is on the language requirements of everyday nursing work and the confident handling of typical professional situations.
Participants develop the German language skills needed to communicate professionally with patients, relatives, and colleagues within a team.
The lessons are practice-oriented and based on real workplace processes, for example in nursing practice, documentation, or communication with colleagues.
The goal is to strengthen participants’ language skills, increase their confidence in everyday professional situations, and prepare them sustainably for the demands of the nursing profession.
The language support can be supplemented through programs of the vocational German language support offered by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees.

Our program in the retail sector is aimed at people who are working in sales or who plan to pursue a career in retail.
The focus is on the language requirements of direct customer interaction as well as communication in everyday workplace situations.
Participants learn how to conduct consultation and sales conversations confidently, respond to customer inquiries, and handle typical sales situations professionally in German.
The lessons are practice-oriented and based on real workplace scenarios, such as product presentation, sales conversations, and team communication.
The goal is to strengthen participants’ confidence in customer interactions, improve service quality, and prepare them optimally for the requirements of the retail sector.
